Description
The Astralpool Victoria Plus Silent VS pump comes with a 1 hp motor (there is a 2hp version available), has variable speeds and can be automatically controlled.
This pump has been designed for both new-build pools and as a replacement for pumps already fitted. Significant power savings can be made thanks to the use of variable speeds and the timer.
The pump is compatible with the Fluidra Connect platform. It has a built-in HIM controller with the possibility of mounting it on a wall for better usability.
Bathers experience a greater feeling of well-being due to the reduced noise level.
There are digital inputs and outputs for the smooth running of all pool units, such as the salt chlorinator and heat pump. It includes a power factor correction function for reducing current flow. It does not require an external power pack for Fluidra Connect.
The pump can be controlled from the control box and, in particular, be used to programme the desired speed according to a personalised programme or to select a pre-set programme (speeds: Low, Medium and High).
Among the latter is a programme specially meant for booting up and operations requiring high flow rates.
The control screen allows the user to set programmes for the week and view energy consumption and savings.
For ease of maintenance, the pre-filter cover of the pump has two handles, and does not require a key to remove it.
The pump body is made of polypropylene, resistant to high temperatures and humidity. Its motor, IP55 protected, enables high-speed operation with a noise level of only 61 to 66 dB.
Very easy to install and use, this pump is suitable for all Victoria models. It is compatible with the mobile application Fluidra Connect which one can use to control the pool.
The new Victoria Plus Silent VS is available in 1 or 2 HP versions (flow rate from 5.8 to 25.8 m3/h depending on the selected power and operating speed).
It comes with a 3-year warranty.

Warranty
This Product has a 3 year warranty on the pump wet end, 2 year warranty on the pump motor and 1 year warranty on the mechanical seal.
Please note that all pumps are factory wet tested, so a small amount of water may still be present in the pump.
Warranty will be void if damage is due to chemical or sand/grit damage to the seals of this pump. This pump cannot be run dry as this WILL damage the shaft seal.
Returns
This product is fully CE but as an Electrical product please ensure it is fitted by a Part P qualified Electrician. Warranty claims due to incorrect wiring of these pumps will not be classed as a valid claim.
N.B. The correct wiring diagram is found on the inside of the Electrical connection terminal box.

This product is a 1 – 3 day delivery direct from our supplier, and is currently in stock.
Delivery – Mainland UK
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch on the same day, after 2pm will be the following working day. This does not include Bank Holidays, which are classed as non-working days. Should you require a Saturday delivery or have any other delivery enquiries, please email info@comls.co.uk who will respond to your request quickly.
Try to include your mobile phone number in the checkout area so that our delivery drivers can contact you should they need any further assistance or clarification in delivering your order.
Please ensure you leave detailed information if your delivery address is hard to find or a new housing development. If you know there is a possibility of missing the delivery, you can at the checkout stage leave instructions for the delivery driver to leave without signature and place your goods with a neighbour or in a discreet place out of sight for your later retrieval.
Please note some areas including Scotland(post codes AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, TR, DD,PH, PA, KY, AB, DD, KW, IV, HS), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, will need extra carriage. We no longer ship to Jersey, Guernsey or Northern Ireland.

If you are unable to thoroughly check your delivery upon receipt, sign for it as UNCHECKED. If the package is damaged in any way, no matter how small, please sign for it as DAMAGED. We CANNOT CLAIM from our carriers for any damaged items that have not been signed for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED.
If you sign for a delivery as OK, which you later find to be damaged, our carriers WILL NOT accept liability and you may be charged for the damaged items, in this case a delivery charge for replacement items WILL be made.
